Creating is an integral part of my daily life. My work is most inspired by color and form in the natural and industrial landscape, and my work reflects this through the harmonious juxtaposition of the raw and the refined. Raindrops clinging to bare winter branches, gigantic cylindrical containers at the tank farm, colorful stacks of shipping containers alongside the port, textures on tree trunks on a woodland hike…looking with an artist's eye, I see potential everywhere.
